AFR Investor editor Nicole Pedersen-McKinnon won the personal finance category of the Citigroup Journalism Awards for Excellence last week. The award was for her articles "Myths and mortgages", "Debt-buster solution is hardly magic" and "Silence of the debt-reduction services", published in August and September last year.
